Kris Boban is the Executive Director of Oakdale Heights Assisted Living. Kris is the reason our community is ran at a high standard. From ensuring our residents receive the best care possible, she also leads the staff and ensuring they are properly trained and following the regulations. Creating a home environment full of love and comfort, Kris goes above and beyond for our community. With her open door policy she creates and upholds our “Welcome Home” motto.

Susan Mosby is our Resident Care Director and our amazing nurse. Susan’s passion for our residents is above and beyond any in her category. She ensures each resident is being properly taken care and receiving the medical help necessary.
Business Office Manager
Brittney Holley | Business Office Manager
Brittney Holley is our Business Office Manager. From handling the payroll and new hires to account payable and receivable, Brittney is the one that can assist both residents and staff. When not at the desk you can find Brittney helping other departments and visiting with the residents.

Kayla Nelson is our Resident Care Supervisor here at Oakdale Heights Assisted Living. Kayla’s passion for the elderly and giving back has grown over the years along with her experience from when she started as a caregiver and med tech. Each day she oversees the care department, ensuring staff is properly trained and our residents are receiving the best care they deserve.

Amber Taylor is our Community Relations Director. Amber makes the move in process for our residents and their families a seamless process. From giving tours and answering questions, Amber is available to help the residents and their families through the transition of needing a care facility.

Michael Irwin is the Environmental Services Director for Oakdale Heights Assisted Living. From daily routine maintenance, overseeing the housekeeping departments, Michael is our pillar to maintaining our beautiful community and new projects to help our residents feel right at home.
Dining Services Director
Rob Long | Dining Services Director
Rob Long is the Dining Services Director here at Oakdale Heights. Rob has a passion for food and creating new dishes that can accommodate various dietary restrictions. With Rob’s made from scratch menu, our residents get to enjoy their meals, just as if they were at home.
Janelle French | Activities Director
Janelle French is our Activities Director here at Oakdale Heights. Keeping our residents active every day Janelle brings new life into our community. With fun and new activities each month the residents love playing games, doing exercise classes, and going out to lunch to just name a few. With themed lunch events each month and live musicians each week, Janelle enjoys spending quality time with the residents. With her start as an amazing caregiver without community in 2011, Oakdale has become a part of her family.
Kathy Sundstrom | Controller
Kathy Sundstrom is our amazing Controller here at Oakdale Heights. Aside from her daily duties of keeping our accounting on track, Kathy enjoys spending quality time with our residents, from visiting with them or doing fun activities, she considers us her second home.
Kim Delevati | Receptionist
Kim Delevati is our Receptionist and welcomes our guests and residents each day. Kim not only coordinates the bus for resident’s doctor visits, but is always happy to direct and guide anyone’s questions from visitors and residents.
